Balkan Adventure is a premium guided motorcycle journey through Bosnia & Herzegovina and Croatia. Beginning and ending in Banja Luka, the circular route connects comfortable daily rides with extraordinary scenery and cultural landmarks.

Follow the Una River region to Plitvice Lakes, sweep beneath the Velebit mountains on the Adriatic Coastal Road and ride south through Zadar, Split and Dubrovnik before returning inland through Mostar and Sarajevo.

Arrive in Banja Luka, settle into your premium hotel and meet the guide and fellow riders. The evening brings a welcome dinner and official briefing covering the route, riding procedures and practical information for the adventure ahead.

Day 02Banja Luka → Plitvice Lakes180 km · 7–8 hrs

Cross the Manjača Plateau toward Una National Park and stop at spectacular Štrbački Buk Waterfall. Continue through Bihać to the extraordinary Željava Underground Air Base before arriving near the UNESCO-listed Plitvice Lakes.

Day 03Plitvice Lakes → Zadar235 km · 7–8 hrs

Reach historic Senj and join one of Europe’s most iconic coastal roads. Sweep beneath the Velebit Mountains with panoramic island views, passing Karlobag and Starigrad Paklenica before reaching Zadar for its Old Town, Sea Organ and celebrated sunset.

Day 04Zadar → Split160 km · 6–8 hrs

Continue along the Dalmatian coast through Šibenik and the postcard peninsula of Primošten. Explore UNESCO-listed Trogir before arriving in Split, where Diocletian’s Palace and the lively Riva waterfront complete the day.

Ride one of the coast’s most spectacular sections through Omiš and the Makarska Riviera. Weather and time permitting, climb to the Biokovo Skywalk, then continue across Pelješac Bridge and through Ston to Dubrovnik—the Pearl of the Adriatic.

Leave the Adriatic for the rugged beauty of Herzegovina. Ride through Trebinje to the Buna River Spring and Blagaj Tekke, visit Mostar’s UNESCO-listed Old Bridge and follow the dramatic Neretva Canyon via Konjic to Sarajevo.

The final riding day crosses the green heart of Bosnia & Herzegovina. Visit Travnik’s old town and fortress, then continue to Jajce Waterfall and the Pliva Lakes before returning to Banja Luka for a farewell dinner.

Day 08Departure from Banja LukaDeparture day

After breakfast, check out and transfer to Banja Luka Airport according to the group schedule. Transfers to Sarajevo, Tuzla, Zagreb, Belgrade and Ljubljana airports, extra accommodation and further riding can be arranged on request.
