Sljedeći uslovi i odredbe čine sastavni dio ugovora o putovanju koji je sklopljen između kupca i Brdar d.o.o., Banja Luka, Bosna i Hercegovina (u daljem tekstu „Brdar“), koji kupci zaključuju sa Brdarom kao turoperatorom, bilo direktno ili putem agenta. Međutim, bilo koji uslovi i odredbe navedeni posebno u specifičnim ponudama putovanja imaju prednost. Molimo vas da pažljivo pročitate ove uslove i odredbe.
Agent, predstavnici i vodiči Brdara djeluju u ime Brdara, ali nisu stranke ovog ugovora i nisu odgovorni niti obavezni za bilo kakvo neizvršavanje bilo koje usluge kako je navedeno u našoj literaturi ili u vezi sa ugovorom.
Potpisivanjem ture putem online obrasca za rezervaciju i uplatom depozita za turu, kupac daje obavezujuću ponudu Brdar d.o.o. za sklapanje ugovora o putovanju. Brdar ne može prihvatiti učesnika bez potpisanog obrasca za rezervaciju. Ugovor stupa na snagu nakon što Brdar dostavi pisanu potvrdu o putovanju. Pri rezervaciji se zahtijeva depozit od 500 EUR po osobi za vođenu turu i 500 EUR po osobi za turu bez vodiča. Ovaj depozit osigurava mjesto na turi. Dostupnost za vođene ture je ograničena, a rezervacije se vrše po principu „ko prvi dođe, prvi će biti poslužen“.
Preostali iznos cijene ture mora biti uplaćen bez dodatnog obavještenja 60 dana prije početka ture, osim ako u opisu ture nije drugačije navedeno. Ako puni iznos ne bude uplaćen do navedenog roka, Brdar zadržava pravo da rezervaciju smatra otkazanom i naplati naknadu za otkazivanje u skladu sa ovim uslovima i odredbama.

Cijene tura navedene na web stranici i u literaturi zasnivaju se na odabiru motocikla i zajedničkom smještaju (dvokrevetna ili twin soba). Svi učesnici su obavezni da plate cijenu ture. Kupci koji učestvuju kao vozači na motociklima Brdar d.o.o. plaćaju cijenu ture za vozača prema izabranom modelu motocikla. Putnici koji putuju sa vozačima na Brdarovim motociklima plaćaju cijenu ture za putnika. Vozači i putnici koji se pridružuju turi sa sopstvenim vozilima smatraju se učesnicima i plaćaju cijenu ture za vozača sa sopstvenim vozilom, odnosno putnika. Svaka osoba koja koristi usluge uključene u turu bez rezervacije preko Brdara smatra se učesnikom i mora platiti punu cijenu ture Brdaru.
Kupac koji putuje sam plaća doplatu za jednokrevetnu sobu. Ako solo putnik zatraži da dijeli twin sobu s drugim učesnikom ture, Brdar će se potruditi da pronađe odgovarajućeg cimera. Ako to nije moguće, biće naplaćena doplata za jednokrevetnu sobu.
Cijene koje navode Brdar, njegovi agenti ili publikacije su važeće u trenutku štampanja/objavljivanja. U rijetkim slučajevima, zbog faktora izvan kontrole Brdara, Brdar zadržava pravo da promijeni cijene tura u bilo kojem trenutku do 60 dana prije početka ture. Brdar također zadržava pravo da u bilo kojem trenutku ispravi tipografske i proračunske greške.
Svaka tura koju odradite s Brdar d.o.o. daje vam popust od 50 EUR po osobi na sve buduće Brdar ture (npr. druga tura: popust 50 EUR, treća tura: popust 100 EUR, četvrta tura: popust 150 EUR, itd.), sa maksimalnim popustom od 300 EUR po osobi. Ovaj popust se primjenjuje i na vozače i na putnike koji učestvuju na svim vođenim i turama bez vodiča sa minimalnim trajanjem od devet dana.
Za odrađivanje dvije ture s minimalnim trajanjem od devet dana u jednoj sezoni, Brdar d.o.o. nudi popust od 100 EUR po osobi za drugu turu.
Popusti koje nudi Brdar se ne mogu kombinovati s drugim postojećim popustima.
Brdar d.o.o. pruža motocikle kao dio paketa ture. Slike motocikala u literaturi ili na ovoj web stranici možda ne prikazuju uvijek tačnu verziju motocikala koja je dostupna. Za specifične ili prilagođene informacije o tačnim verzijama motocikala, molimo vas da nas kontaktirate putem e-maila ili telefona.
Brdar će učiniti sve što je moguće da obezbijedi traženi model motocikla; međutim, zadržava pravo da ga zamijeni odgovarajućim modelom u slučajevima izvan kontrole. To uključuje, ali nije ograničeno na, tehničke kvarove, oštećenja uslijed nesreća, krađu ili slične incidente. Ako Brdar ne može obezbijediti odgovarajući model, kupcu će biti vraćen proporcionalni iznos razlike u cijeni najma, ako je primjenjivo. Brdar će se potruditi da kontaktira učesnika prije bilo kakve zamjene. Većina učesnika će voziti motocikl potvrđen u trenutku rezervacije. Svaka druga odgovornost Brdara je stoga isključena.
Period najma se ne prekida zbog oštećenja motocikla ili nemogućnosti učesnika da ga vozi. Tokom perioda najma, Brdar nije obavezan da zamijeni oštećeni motocikl. U slučaju tehničkog kvara na iznajmljenom motociklu, kupac se obavezuje da odmah obavijesti kontakt osobu iz Brdara.

Osiguranje od odgovornosti prema trećim licima dolazi sa obaveznim franšizom u iznosu od 300 EUR kada se iznajmljivač smatra krivim.
Kasko osiguranje dolazi sa franšizom, za koju Brdar d.o.o. uzima depozit osiguranja. Depozit u rasponu od 0 EUR do 3.500 EUR, zavisno od modela motocikla i tipa osiguranja, mora biti osiguran kreditnom karticom ili plaćen gotovinom Brdaru prilikom preuzimanja motocikla na početku perioda najma. Ovaj depozit će biti vraćen kada se motocikl vrati Brdaru neoštećen.
Svako oštećenje motocikla do iznosa franšize osiguranja biće odbijeno od depozita osiguranja. U slučaju gubitka ili krađe, iznajmljivač je odgovoran za iznos standardnog depozita, bez obzira na VIP ili Super VIP osiguranje motocikla. GPS uređaj nije uključen u osiguranje motocikla i mora se posebno nadoknaditi ako je oštećen ili izgubljen.
AMTours nudi tri opcije osiguranja:
VIP osiguranje motocikla i Super VIP osiguranje motocikla dostupni su za sve ture i najmove sa minimalnim trajanjem od 7 dana, za sve vozače koji posjeduju punu vozačku dozvolu za motocikl najmanje dvije godine, i koji imaju minimalno 25 godina, a manje od 75 godina. Vozači koji posjeduju punu vozačku dozvolu za manje od 2 godine odgovorni su za punu vrijednost motocikla koji iznajmljuju, pri čemu standardni depozit osiguranja ne važi u ovom slučaju.
Kupac je odgovoran za svu štetu na iznajmljenom motociklu, dokumentima, dijelovima i dodacima koja nastane tokom perioda najma. To uključuje, ali nije ograničeno na, krađu ili gubitak, oštećenja uslijed nesreće ili operativna oštećenja, oštećenja uslijed nepravilne upotrebe i oštećenja koja smanjuju vrijednost motocikla. Pojam „šteta“ ne uključuje normalno trošenje. Manji nedostaci poput oštećenja boje od šljunka, kamenčića i insekata smatraju se normalnim trošenjem. Oštećenja ogrebotina uzrokovana nesrećom, padom motocikla ili vožnjom kroz grmlje i van puta ne smatraju se normalnim trošenjem.
U slučaju oštećenja iznajmljenog motocikla, kupac je odgovoran za troškove popravke, troškove prevoza i povrata, troškove stručnjaka, kao i za svako smanjenje tehničke i tržišne vrijednosti.
Ako Brdar d.o.o. mora prevesti motocikl nazad u svoje prostorije zbog oštećenja za koje je kupac odgovoran, Brdar zadržava pravo da kupcu fakturiše troškove prevoza motocikla. Minimalna naknada iznosi 150 EUR i pokriva prvih 50 kilometara; svaki dodatni kilometar biće naplaćen po stopi od 1,50 EUR po kilometru. Udaljenost će se računati za oba smjera putovanja.
Kupac koji učestvuje na turama Brdar d.o.o. sa svojim vozilom odgovoran je za to da vozilo bude u skladu sa zakonom i u savršenom tehničkom stanju. Kupac je obavezan nadoknaditi Brdaru svu štetu nastalu zbog neispunjavanja ovih zahtjeva. Kupac će takođe snositi sve dodatne troškove koji nastanu (npr. za prevoz vozila, tehničke popravke itd.).
Brdar ne nudi nikakvo osiguranje vozila kupcima koji učestvuju na turi sa svojim motociklom.
Kupac se obavezuje da posjeduje važeće dokumente koji su potrebni za učešće na turi: pasoš, važeći najmanje 6 mjeseci nakon završetka ture, vizu (gdje je potrebno), nacionalnu vozačku dozvolu i međunarodnu vozačku dozvolu (gdje je potrebno).
Kupac je odgovoran za poštovanje propisa o pasošima i vizama u posjećenim zemljama i preuzima punu odgovornost za posljedice koje proizilaze iz njihovog nepoštovanja.
Zaključenjem rezervacije, kupac izjavljuje da posjeduje važeću vozačku dozvolu za trajanje ture i za vozilo koje se koristi na turi. Kupac je dužan odmah obavijestiti Brdar d.o.o. o svim promjenama u vezi sa svojom vozačkom dozvolom koje mogu uticati na učešće u turi (npr. oduzimanje vozačke dozvole itd.). Ako se nakon rezervacije, a prije ili tokom ture otkrije da kupac nema važeću vozačku dozvolu, Brdar će biti oslobođen obaveze ispunjenja ugovora, a primjeniće se naknade za otkazivanje kako je navedeno u ovim uslovima. U takvim slučajevima, Brdar zadržava pravo da zadrži motocikl i isključi kupca iz učešća u turi. Brdar nije obavezan da nadoknadi bilo koje plaćene usluge i neće biti odgovoran za dodatne troškove koje kupac može imati zbog ove situacije.
Svi neevropski državljani su obavezni da posjeduju međunarodnu vozačku dozvolu za vožnju u evropskim zemljama.
All guided tours have a guaranteed departure and are accompanied by a guide on a motorcycle.
Brdar d.o.o. also provides a support van for luggage and up to 2 passengers as part of the tour package for guided tours with a minimum of 4 motorcycles or 6 participants.
If there are fewer motorcycles or participants than the minimum required for the guided tour, and the participants do not accept the guided tour without the support van, Brdar will offer a self-guided tour at the current self-guided tour prices. If the participants do not agree to the guided tour without the support van or opt for a self-guided tour, Brdar will refund their deposit and payments in full, which will constitute full settlement.
Brdar is not liable for any additional costs or losses incurred by the customers due to the cancellation of the guided tour for lack of participants. This includes, but is not limited to, the cost of pre-paid airline tickets, hotel reservations, and vehicle rentals.
The person of the tour participant may only be changed with Brdar d.o.o.’s agreement and if the substitute person meets all the conditions for participation in the tour. The person transferring and the substitute person shall jointly be responsible for any outstanding payments as well as any additional costs incurred due to the transfer.
In the case of a customer canceling the booking after confirmation, Brdar d.o.o. reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee based on the time of cancellation.

No exceptions to this policy can be made for any reason. It is strongly recommended to take out trip cancellation insurance. You may consider Brdar d.o.o.’s Trip Cancellation Insurance.
Brdar d.o.o. is not required to make refunds once the tour has commenced, regardless of the reason for the participant’s inability to complete the tour.
Brdar d.o.o. is responsible for providing the services listed in the tour descriptions according to local standards. Brdar carefully selects and continuously monitors its contractors, such as hotels and restaurants. In case a service is not provided or is provided defectively, the customer must notify the Brdar representative on-site without delay. If the customer fails to do so, no claims for damages due to a lack of service or a defectively provided service will be accepted.
Situations and events beyond Brdar’s control (force majeure) may arise (e.g., roadworks, hotel closures, natural disasters, bad weather conditions, government orders, strikes, riots, war or war-like conditions, epidemics, etc.) which may make it necessary for Brdar to reschedule or cancel a tour, change itineraries, or make substitutions regarding hotels, cities, guides, and other travel arrangements. Brdar reserves the right to withdraw any part or all of the tour without prior notice or make necessary changes. Any extra costs, if applicable, shall be paid by the customer. Brdar does not assume responsibility or liability for any resulting losses, expenses, or inconvenience to the participant.
The customer shall participate in road traffic at the respective tour destination at their own responsibility and undertakes to observe the provisions of the local traffic regulations. If the customer fails to comply with the traffic laws, Brdar d.o.o. reserves the right to revoke the contract and remove the customer’s rented motorcycle.
All traffic tickets, penalties, administrative fines, or similar sanctions, as well as damages to legally protected interests of third parties resulting from non-compliance with local traffic regulations, shall be paid by the customer. A service charge of 30 EUR per ticket will apply for passing the rider’s information to the authorities. In cases where Brdar pays the fine on behalf of the customer, the fine will be reinvoiced to the driver of the motorcycle in question and considered a contractual penalty. A service charge of 55 EUR will apply for reinvoicing.
Off-road driving with motorcycles provided by AMTours shall not be permitted outside of the itinerary determined by AMTours. It shall neither be permitted to improperly use the rented motorcycle. The customer shall fully bear the damages caused by unauthorized off-road driving and an improper use without an excess.
The guide provided by Brdar d.o.o. determines a rough itinerary which the customer shall follow at their own responsibility. The customer is obliged to adjust their driving style to the prevailing circumstances and their own ability to drive. If the customer is unable to follow the itinerary, they must stop and inform the guide without delay.
Different participants take part in Brdar’s tours, and naturally, the driving skills of individual participants may differ. The customer undertakes to show consideration for other participants. If a participant does not have the necessary ability to drive or lacks full control over the motorcycle to drive safely, Brdar shall be released from its obligation to fulfill the contract. In such cases, Brdar reserves the right to remove the motorcycle and exclude the customer from participating in the tour.
Participants agree not to cause any damage to the natural surroundings or third parties through their actions while riding their motorcycles. They agree to observe local traffic laws and follow safe group travel practices as described by the tour leader and the guidelines provided by Brdar d.o.o. In the event a participant repeatedly ignores rules or causes others to feel threatened by their actions, Brdar reserves the right to revoke the contract and remove the participant’s rental motorcycle.
The customer is liable for all personal and material damages they cause due to negligence and agrees to hold Brdar harmless from all claims related to such damages. Damages caused by the customer’s errors, lack of driving ability, or improper driving behavior (e.g., driving with the front wheel off the ground, non-compliance with safety distances, driving on walkways, etc.) or driving under conditions that impair fitness to drive are considered the customer’s responsibility.
The customer is not allowed to consume alcohol, medication, or any other substances that affect their ability to drive during the riding day until the motorcycle is parked for the night. This also applies to customers who participate as passengers. In case of non-compliance, Brdar reserves the right to revoke the contract and remove the participant’s rental motorcycle.
Brdar d.o.o. makes an effort to schedule its tours at times when the weather conditions in the respective tour regions are favorable for motorcycling. However, many tours pass through areas where weather conditions can change abruptly. Brdar d.o.o. is not responsible for bad weather conditions that may occur during the tour. The participant is not entitled to a refund or reimbursement for the tour and/or rental price in such cases.
The photographs and videos produced by representatives of Brdar d.o.o. during the tour are the property of Brdar d.o.o. under copyright law. Brdar d.o.o. is entitled to use this material for marketing and advertising purposes, including images in which participants can be recognized, without incurring any costs owed to the participant. Participants who submit their photographs to Brdar d.o.o. agree to allow the use of their photographs by Brdar d.o.o. for marketing and advertising purposes.
Brdar d.o.o. recommends taking out adequate travel, health, and accident insurance policies, as well as trip cancellation insurance.
Baggage entrusted to Brdar d.o.o. for transport each day of the tour is done so at the participant’s own risk. Brdar d.o.o. assumes no responsibility for theft, loss, damage, or delay in delivering the baggage to tour participants. Baggage insurance is recommended.
It is recommended that the customer does not bring objects of special value on the tours. It is further recommended to the customer to carefully watch over their personal belongings. Brdar d.o.o. is not responsible for lost or stolen items from its premises, motorcycles and their cases, or support vehicles.
The customer is fully aware of the risks and dangers involved in outdoor activities like swimming, white-water rafting, rock climbing, or any other activity potentially suggested as a supplemental activity on the tour and accepts full responsibility for participating in the activities.
Oral agreements with an agency of Brdar d.o.o., with Brdar d.o.o., or with a tour guide of Brdar d.o.o. shall only be effective if they have been confirmed by Brdar d.o.o. in writing. Tour guides shall not be entitled to undertake activities that diverge from the travel contract concluded with Brdar d.o.o. If individual provisions of these travel terms and conditions are legally invalid, this does not make the remaining provisions invalid.
The contractual relationship of the customer with Brdar d.o.o. shall be governed by the law of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
The place of performance shall be the registered office of Brdar d.o.o. in Banja Luka, Bosnia and Herzegovina.
All disputes arising from this agreement will be resolved by the court of law in Banja Luka, Bosnia and Herzegovina.
The following terms and conditions of rentals shall form an integral part of the rental agreement entered into between a customer (renter) and Brdar d.o.o., [address in Banja Luka, Bosnia and Herzegovina], also known as [Brand Name], which the customer (renter) concludes with Brdar d.o.o. as the lessor either directly or via an agent.
The renter is the signatory of the rental agreement and the person responsible for the motorcycle, regardless of who booked the motorcycle and/or who pays the rental fees. The rental motorcycle may only be driven by the renter, that is, the person whose personal data is provided in the rental agreement. The renter undertakes to possess a valid driving license for the duration of the rental period.
The owner and the lessor of the motorcycle at any time is Brdar doo Banja Luka.
A motorcycle rental reservation becomes final with the submission of the online booking form and payment of a 300 EUR non-refundable deposit. If a customer fails to remit the deposit, Brdar d.o.o. may cancel the reservation at any time. Modification of an existing rental reservation can be made free of charge one time, if made at least 21 days before the commencement of the rental. The rental balance amount shall be paid before or at the time of the motorcycle’s pickup.
All motorcycle rental modifications and cancellations must be received IN WRITING at the office of Brdar d.o.o.
The pictures of the motorcycles in the literature or on this website do not always represent the exact version of the motorcycles provided. Please email or call if you need specific or customization information on exact motorcycle versions.
Brdar d.o.o. shall make every effort to provide the renter the requested motorcycle model; however, it reserves the right to replace it with a comparable model in case of uncontrollable situations. These include, but are not limited to, technical defect, damage due to an accident, theft, or a similar incident. Brdar d.o.o. is not responsible or liable for a delay occurring from the manufacturer’s failure to deliver the motorcycles on time. If Brdar d.o.o. is unable to provide a comparable model, a prorated refund for the difference in models’ rental rates, if any, will be refunded to the renter. Brdar d.o.o. will endeavor to contact the renter prior to any substitution.
The minimum rental duration is one day on weekdays, from Monday through Friday, and two days on weekends, Saturday and Sunday, with the motorcycle pickup on Friday afternoon and return on Monday morning, provided those days are not national holidays.
The customer undertakes to possess valid documents, which are required in order to rent a motorcycle: a valid passport, a national driving license, and an international driving license (where necessary). By completing the booking, the customer declares to possess a valid driving license for the duration of the rental and for the motorcycle booked. All non-European citizens are required to have an International driving licence to drive in European countries.
The renter takes over the motorcycle in good mechanical condition, with all the necessary equipment and motorcycle documents. The renter is obliged to return the rented motorcycle at the time and place as agreed upon in the rental agreement and in the same state the motorcycle was rented, with the same equipment and documents.
If the motorcycle has been held or reserved for the renter in advance, there will be no refunds for a late pickup or an early return of the motorcycle. The renter shall pay the full rental price for the entire rental period initially planned.
If the renter delays the agreed return time, the first 59 minutes are free of charge. Each hour thereafter is charged at one-fifth (1/5) of the daily rate, up to five hours, which shall constitute a full day’s charge.
There is a fee in the amount of 48 EUR to be paid for the motorcycle pickups and returns outside of Brdar d.o.o.’s working hours, which are Monday to Friday from 8:00 to 16:00.
The motorcycle is delivered and must be returned with a full fuel tank. Otherwise, the renter will be charged for the fuel and refueling costs according to the valid price list (25 € + fuel cost). The renter shall pay for all fuel and oil used in the motorcycle during the rental period.
The renter shall ensure that:
The renter shall ensure that all reasonable care is taken in handling and parking the motorcycle, and that it is securely locked when not in use by locking the handlebar and activating the alarm, if the motorcycle is equipped with one.
The renter shall observe driving and road traffic regulations and is responsible for all traffic tickets received during the rental. A service charge in the amount of 30 EUR per ticket will apply for passing the rider’s information to the authorities. In cases where AMTours would pay the fine on behalf of the customer, the fine will be reinvoiced to the driver of the motorcycle in question, which will be considered a contractual penalty. A service charge of 55 EUR will apply for reinvoicing.

The comprehensive vehicle insurance comes with a deductible for which Brdar d.o.o. takes a security deposit. A security deposit ranging from 0 EUR to 3,500 EUR, depending on the motorcycle model and type of insurance, must be secured by a credit card or paid in cash to Brdar d.o.o. at the time of the motorcycle handover at the start of the rental period. This security deposit will be refunded when the motorcycle is returned undamaged.
Any damage to the motorcycle up to the insurance excess will be deducted from the security deposit. In case of loss or theft, the renter is responsible for the amount of the standard security deposit, regardless of the VIP or Super VIP motorcycle insurance. The GPS unit is not included in the motorcycle insurance and must be paid in full if damaged or lost.
Brdar d.o.o. offers three insurance options:
1.Standard motorcycle insurance is included in the rental price.
2.VIP motorcycle insurance is optional. The premium is 25 EUR per day and reduces the security deposit for the motorcycle.
3.Super VIP motorcycle insurance is optional. The premium is 40 EUR per day and reduces the security deposit to 0 EUR.
VIP and Super VIP motorcycle insurance are available for all rentals with a minimum duration of 7 days, and for riders who hold a full motorcycle license for at least 2 years, and are aged between 25 and 75 years. Riders with less than 2 years of experience are responsible for the full value of the motorcycle they are renting, and the standard security deposit does not apply in this case.
Regardless of the insurance, the renter is fully liable for:
•Any damage to the motorcycle caused by the renter or any other driver under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or other substances that impair driving ability.
•Any damage caused intentionally or due to gross negligence.
•Any damage if the driver did not hold a valid driver’s license at the time of the damage.
•Any damage if the driver leaves the scene of an accident.
•Any damage caused by operating the motorcycle by an unauthorized driver.
•Lost or damaged GPS unit (if the GPS unit was rented together with the motorcycle).
•Transport of the damaged motorcycle back to the rental location.
•Lost motorcycle documentation, for which the renter shall pay 80 EUR.
In case of a breakdown, the renter is obliged to notify Brdar d.o.o. without delay and follow their instructions for further actions. Repairs necessary on the route must be performed by authorized professionals only. Any charges incurred will be reimbursed upon presentation of the receipt for the paid replacement parts and repair services.
In case of an accident or theft, the renter is obligated to notify the police and Brdar d.o.o. without delay and follow their instructions. The renter must secure all evidence (e.g., witnesses, track marks, etc.) and record the personal details of those involved.
The renter is responsible for all damage to the rented motorcycle, documents, parts, and accessories that occurs during the rental period. This includes, but is not limited to, theft or loss, damage due to an accident, operational damage, improper use, and damage that reduces the value of the motorcycle. The term “damage” excludes reasonable wear and tear. Minor paint chips from gravel, stones, and insects are considered normal wear and tear. Damage such as scratches caused by accidents, dropping the motorcycle, or riding off-road through bushes is not considered normal wear and tear.
The renter is obligated to notify Brdar d.o.o. without delay of any damage caused to the rented motorcycle and follow Brdar d.o.o.’s instructions for further actions. In the case of damage to the rented motorcycle, the renter is liable for repair costs, recovery and return costs, expert fees, and any reduction in technical or market value.
If Brdar d.o.o. must transport the motorcycle back to its premises due to damage for which the renter is responsible, Brdar d.o.o. reserves the right to invoice the renter for the transportation of the motorcycle. The minimum charge is 150 EUR, with the first 50 kilometers covered; every additional kilometer is charged at 1.50 EUR per kilometer. The distance is calculated for both legs of the journey.
The participants in a motorcycle rental are fully aware of the risks and dangers involved and accept full liability. It is agreed and understood that the owners, operators, and agents of this rental, including Brdar d.o.o., are not responsible for the safety of any customer and cannot be held liable for any event related to the operation or the client’s participation in the rental, which may result in injury, death, or any other damage to the client, their property, family, heirs, or assigns.
Brdar d.o.o. is not responsible for the loss or damage of personal belongings left behind on the motorcycle or in its cases during the rental period or after it.
The contractual relationship of the customer with Brdar d.o.o. shall be governed by the laws of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
The place of performance shall be the registered office of Brdar d.o.o. in Banja Luka, Bosnia and Herzegovina.
All disputes arising from this agreement will be resolved by the court of law in Banja Luka, Bosnia and Herzegovina.
