Trip Cancellation Insurance \u2013 Brdar d.o.o.<\/b><\/b><\/h4>

\u00a0<\/p>

Brdar d.o.o. offers its customers the option to purchase trip cancellation insurance. Purchasing this insurance allows customers to receive a refund of the tour cost if they or their traveling companion must cancel the tour for reasons covered by the policy. This insurance does not cover expenses not paid to Brdar d.o.o., such as airfare, additional hotel accommodations, or sightseeing activities, even if these arrangements were recommended or facilitated by Brdar d.o.o.<\/p>

This insurance can only be purchased at the time of booking the tour, no later than 60 days before the tour starts. It cannot be purchased after the tour has been booked. The customer\u2019s traveling companions may also be covered by the insurance if designated at the time of purchase. An additional passenger or a person sharing accommodation with the customer will be considered the designated traveling companion. If the customer is in a single room, they may designate a traveling companion before the tour begins.<\/p>

The cost of trip cancellation insurance is 7.5% of the total listed price of the tour, including any supplements such as motorcycle upgrades, single-room requests, and passenger costs, but excluding any charges not paid to Brdar d.o.o.<\/p>

Refund Conditions for Tour Cancellation<\/b><\/b><\/h4>

\u00a0<\/p>

Brdar d.o.o. will provide a full refund to customers who have purchased trip cancellation insurance if the cancellation is due to any of the following reasons:<\/p>

\u2022Illness, accidental injury, or death<\/b><\/span> of the customer, their traveling companion, an immediate family member, or a business partner. A signed letter from a physician on official letterhead is required.<\/p>

\u2022Involvement in a traffic accident<\/b><\/span> while en route to the tour departure location. A police report must be provided.<\/p>

\u2022Destruction of the customer\u2019s or traveling companion\u2019s home<\/b><\/span> due to a natural disaster. Proof from the insurance company is required.<\/p>

\u2022Involuntary job termination<\/b><\/span> of the customer or their traveling companion after purchasing the trip cancellation insurance. The customer must have been employed for at least two consecutive years by the same employer. A termination letter on company letterhead is required.<\/p>

\u2022Jury duty or being subpoenaed<\/b><\/span>. Official court documentation must be provided.<\/p>

\u2022War or an act of terrorism<\/b><\/span> in a country included in the tour, resulting in the customer\u2019s government issuing an official travel warning after the insurance purchase date.<\/p>

\u2022Military deployment<\/b><\/span> of the customer or their traveling companion during the tour period. A military-issued letter is required.<\/p>

\u2022Flight cancellations, natural disasters, or severe weather<\/b><\/span> that prevent the customer from arriving on time to participate in the tour.<\/p>

\u00a0<\/p>

Exclusions \u2013 What This Insurance Does Not Cover<\/b><\/b><\/h4>

\u00a0<\/p>

This insurance does not cover<\/b><\/span> the following:<\/p>

\u2022Expenses not included in the tour price, such as airfare, additional hotel stays, or extra sightseeing activities.<\/p>

\u2022Lost, damaged, or stolen luggage.<\/p>

\u2022Medical expenses, including emergency evacuation.<\/p>

\u2022Pre-existing medical conditions, including any injury occurring prior to or on the day of insurance purchase, and any illness that required medical treatment within 120 days before and on the day of purchase.<\/p>

\u2022Any situation not specifically mentioned in the coverage list.<\/p>

If the cancellation occurs before the start of the tour, the customer will receive a full refund of the amount paid.<\/p>

If the cancellation occurs during the tour, a pro-rated refund will be issued for the unused days of the tour.<\/p>

If a flight cancellation or an accident prevents the customer from arriving at the tour\u2019s starting location, they will have the option to request a refund or join the tour in progress. Brdar d.o.o. reserves the right to determine whether joining the tour is feasible and will advise the customer accordingly. Any additional costs of joining the tour will be the customer\u2019s responsibility, and no pro-rated credit will be given for the missed days of the tour.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
