    Welcome to Banja Luka

    Our Bosnia and Herzegovina adventure begins in Banja Luka, the country’s second-largest city and a hub of vibrant culture and history. Upon arrival at the airport, we’ll welcome you and escort you to your hotel, where you can settle in and explore the city’s scenic riverside, charming cafes, and local sights. In the afternoon, meet our guides for a briefing and a short ride to get familiar with your motorcycle. We cap off the day with a welcome dinner, where we’ll toast to the exciting motorcycle tour of Bosnia ahead, filled with historic sites, thrilling rides, and beautiful landscapes.

    Rafting the Vrbas River & Scenic Ride to Bihać

    After breakfast, we kick off our adventure with a rafting experience on the Vrbas River near Banja Luka, known for its stunning natural scenery and exhilarating rapids. This first rafting tour is the perfect start, giving you a taste of Bosnia’s adventure offerings. After an energizing lunch, we set off for Bihać, traveling through the scenic Bosanska Krajina region, known for lush forests, picturesque roads, and the captivating Una River canyon. This scenic drive introduces us to the raw beauty of Bosnia’s landscapes.

    Rafting on the Una River & Historic Route Back to Banja Luka

    Today, we dive into our second rafting adventure, this time on the breathtaking Una River, celebrated for its turquoise waters and lush surroundings. With expert skippers guiding us, we’ll enjoy the thrill of the rapids in one of Bosnia and Herzegovina’s most beautiful rivers. Afterward, we mount our motorcycles and follow the historic AVNOJ road, a scenic route from Bihać to Mrkonjić Grad. Passing through the Manjača mountain range, we make our way back to Banja Luka, savoring the panoramic views and Bosnia’s storied roads.

    Lunch is on us today, a perfect way to recharge and enjoy the ride.

    Canyons, Waterfalls & Medieval Villages—Journey to Konjic

    We start our ride by navigating the dramatic Tijesno and Podmilacje Canyons along the Vrbas River, where towering cliffs and winding roads create a memorable backdrop. Our first stop is Jajce, a medieval town with a unique waterfall and a well-preserved old town.
    After exploring the ancient streets and enjoying the natural sights, we ride south, passing through quiet villages and tranquil rivers as we approach Konjic.
    With its mix of historic sites, scenic valleys, mountains, and Bosnia’s signature hospitality, today’s ride perfectly blends adventure and cultural immersion.

    Tito’s Secret Bunker & Rafting on the Neretva River

    The day begins with a tour of Tito’s Bunker, a hidden Cold War relic that offers a fascinating glimpse into Bosnia’s complex past. Next, we experience our third rafting adventure on the Neretva River, a gem of Bosnia and Herzegovina, famous for its turquoise blue waters and thrilling rapids. Following the rafting tour, we ride into Mostar, one of Bosnia’s most iconic cities, renowned for its UNESCO-listed Stari Most (Old Bridge) and the stunning views over the Neretva. Mostar’s rich cultural heritage and charming architecture provide a memorable end to the day.

    Herzegovina’s Scenic Roads: Mostar to Trebinje

    Today we explore the historic and cultural highlights of Herzegovina, beginning with the UNESCO World Heritage site of Stari Most and Mostar’s beautiful old town. We then head along winding roads to the serene Buna River springs to visit the Dervish monastery, a peaceful spot surrounded by natural beauty. Continuing south, we arrive at Stolac, where we’ll stop to see the ancient stećci tombstones at Radimlje, another UNESCO site. Our day concludes in Trebinje, a charming town with Mediterranean influences and historic landmarks, where we’ll enjoy Herzegovina’s warm hospitality.

    Trebinje Tour & Sutjeska National Park

    We start the morning with a tour of Trebinje, taking in its stone architecture, historic bridges, and lively markets. From here, we ride through Herzegovina’s scenic countryside toward Sutjeska National Park, one of Bosnia’s most iconic natural treasures. This UNESCO-protected park is home to one of Europe’s last primeval rainforests and the towering peak of Maglić Mountain. Our day ends at a cozy camp along the Tara River, where we can relax in bungalows and reflect on our journey through Bosnia’s wild and beautiful landscapes.

    Rafting the Tara River & Ride to Sarajevo

    Our final rafting adventure takes us on the legendary Tara River, known for its rugged canyon walls and crystal-clear waters. The thrill of the rapids and the stunning natural surroundings make this a highlight of the Bosnia and Herzegovina tour. After a riverside lunch, we hit the road toward Sarajevo, Bosnia’s capital. Riding through the countryside, we transition from untamed natural beauty to the vibrant energy of Sarajevo, a city with a rich tapestry of history and culture.

    Rest Day in Sarajevo

    After days of adventure, today is a rest day to explore Sarajevo’s many attractions. Choose to join an included guided tour, where you’ll discover Ottoman-era architecture, Austro-Hungarian influences, and the vibrant Baščaršija bazaar. Or, venture out on your own to savor traditional Bosnian cuisine at local cafes and restaurants. For those seeking more exploration, nearby mountains like Trebević and Jahorina offer scenic escapes. This day is yours to unwind, reflect, and enjoy Sarajevo’s captivating blend of cultures.

    Mysteries of Visoko & the Peaks of Vlašić

    Our final ride begins with a visit to Visoko, home to the enigmatic Bosnian pyramids, an archaeological wonder that continues to intrigue historians and travelers alike. We then ride on to Travnik, an Ottoman-era town famous for its historic sites and delicious ćevapčići, a Bosnian specialty. From here, we tackle the winding roads of Mount Vlašić, known for its sweeping vistas and pristine natural beauty. The day concludes with a scenic descent back to Banja Luka, completing our full-circle journey through Bosnia’s most captivating landscapes.

    As our journey together ends, you have time to explore the final sights of Banja Luka, from the historic Kastel Fortress to peaceful walks along the Vrbas River.
