This Privacy Notice for Brdar Motorcycle Tours & Rentals (doing business as BMT) describes how and why we might access, collect, store, use, and share (process) your personal information when you use our services, including when you visit our website at brdar.ba, use our motorcycle tours and rental services, or engage with us in other related ways such as sales, marketing, or events.

The personal information we collect may include: names, phone numbers, email addresses, mailing addresses, contact preferences, billing addresses, debit or credit card numbers, riding experience level, emergency contact information, passport number, and clothing size. We do not process sensitive information.
Payment data necessary to process your payment, such as your payment instrument number and security code, is handled and stored by Monri (see their privacy notice). We also automatically collect certain information when you visit, including log and usage data, device data, and location data, primarily to maintain security and for analytics.
02How do we process your information?
We process your personal information to deliver and facilitate our services, respond to inquiries and offer support, send administrative information, fulfill and manage your orders and payments, request feedback, send marketing and promotional communications (in line with your preferences), deliver targeted advertising, protect our Services, identify usage trends, measure the effectiveness of campaigns, and to save or protect an individual's vital interests. We process your information only when we have a valid legal reason to do so.
03What legal bases do we rely on?
If you are located in the EU or UK, the GDPR and UK GDPR require us to explain the legal bases we rely on. We may rely on your consent (which you can withdraw at any time), performance of a contract, legitimate interests (such as sending offers, developing relevant advertising, analyzing and improving our Services, supporting marketing, and preventing fraud), legal obligations, and vital interests. If you are located in Canada, we may process your information with your express or implied consent, and in certain exceptional cases permitted by law without consent.
04When and with whom do we share information?
We may share your data with third-party vendors, service providers, contractors, or agents who perform services for us and require access to do that work, under contracts designed to safeguard your personal information. Categories include content optimization (such as TripAdvisor, YouTube, Instagram and Google Site Search), invoice and billing (such as PayPal and Stripe), retargeting platforms, social media sharing and advertising, web and mobile analytics (such as Google Analytics and Google Ads), and website hosting. We may also share information during business transfers, and when we use Google Maps Platform APIs.
05Do we use cookies and tracking technologies?
We may use cookies and similar tracking technologies (like web beacons and pixels) to gather information when you interact with our Services. Some help us maintain security, prevent crashes, fix bugs, and save your preferences. We also permit third parties to use tracking technologies for analytics and advertising. You can refuse certain cookies through your browser settings, and opt out of Google Analytics tracking by visiting the Google Analytics opt-out page and adjusting your Google Ads settings.
06Is your information transferred internationally?
Our servers are located in Bosnia and Herzegovina. If you access our Services from outside Bosnia and Herzegovina, your information may be transferred to, stored, and processed in our facilities and those of third parties with whom we share it, including in Croatia, the United States, the United Kingdom, and other countries. Where required, we use the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses to protect transfers of personal information originating from the EEA or UK.
07How long do we keep your information?
We keep your personal information only for as long as necessary for the purposes set out in this notice, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law. No purpose in this notice will require us to keep your personal information for longer than 2 years. When we have no ongoing legitimate business need, we will delete or anonymize it, or securely store and isolate it until deletion is possible.
08How do we keep your information safe?
We have implemented appropriate and reasonable technical and organizational security measures designed to protect your personal information. However, no electronic transmission over the internet or information storage technology can be guaranteed to be 100% secure, so we cannot promise that unauthorized third parties will never defeat our security. Transmission of personal information to and from our Services is at your own risk, and you should only access the Services within a secure environment.
09Do we collect information from minors?
We do not knowingly collect, solicit data from, or market to children under 18 years of age, nor do we knowingly sell such personal information. By using the Services, you represent that you are at least 18, or that you are the parent or guardian of such a minor and consent to their use of the Services. If we learn that personal information from users under 18 has been collected, we will deactivate the account and take reasonable measures to delete the data. 10What are your privacy rights?
Depending on your region (such as the EEA, UK, Switzerland, and Canada), you may have rights including the right to request access and obtain a copy of your personal information, to request rectification or erasure, to restrict processing, to data portability, and not to be subject to automated decision-making. You can make such a request by contacting us. You may also withdraw your consent at any time and opt out of marketing communications by using the unsubscribe link in our emails or contacting us. Most browsers accept cookies by default, but you can usually set your browser to remove or reject cookies.
11Controls for Do-Not-Track features
Most web browsers and some mobile operating systems include a Do-Not-Track (DNT) feature you can activate to signal your privacy preference. As no uniform technology standard for recognizing and implementing DNT signals has been finalized, we do not currently respond to DNT browser signals or any other mechanism that automatically communicates your choice not to be tracked online. If a standard is adopted in the future, we will inform you in a revised version of this notice.
12Do United States residents have specific rights?
If you are a resident of certain US states, you may have the right to request access to and details about the personal information we maintain, correct inaccuracies, obtain a copy, or delete your personal information, and to withdraw consent. 13Do other regions have specific rights?
You may have additional rights based on the country you reside in. We collect and process your personal information under the obligations set by Australia's Privacy Act 1988 and New Zealand's Privacy Act 2020. At any time, you have the right to request access to or correction of your personal information. Residents of the Republic of South Africa have rights under POPIA and may contact the Information Regulator if unsatisfied with how we handle a complaint.

Yes. We may update this Privacy Notice from time to time. The updated version will be indicated by an updated date at the top of this notice.
