We process your personal information to deliver and facilitate our services, respond to inquiries and offer support, send administrative information, fulfill and manage your orders and payments, request feedback, send marketing and promotional communications (in line with your preferences), deliver targeted advertising, protect our Services, identify usage trends, measure the effectiveness of campaigns, and to save or protect an individual's vital interests. We process your information only when we have a valid legal reason to do so.

03What legal bases do we rely on?

If you are located in the EU or UK, the GDPR and UK GDPR require us to explain the legal bases we rely on. We may rely on your consent (which you can withdraw at any time), performance of a contract, legitimate interests (such as sending offers, developing relevant advertising, analyzing and improving our Services, supporting marketing, and preventing fraud), legal obligations, and vital interests. If you are located in Canada, we may process your information with your express or implied consent, and in certain exceptional cases permitted by law without consent.

04When and with whom do we share information?

We may share your data with third-party vendors, service providers, contractors, or agents who perform services for us and require access to do that work, under contracts designed to safeguard your personal information. You can refuse certain cookies through your browser settings, and opt out of Google Analytics tracking by visiting the Google Analytics opt-out page and adjusting your Google Ads settings.

06Is your information transferred internationally?

Our servers are located in Bosnia and Herzegovina. If you access our Services from outside Bosnia and Herzegovina, your information may be transferred to, stored, and processed in our facilities and those of third parties with whom we share it, including in Croatia, the United States, the United Kingdom, and other countries. Where required, we use the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses to protect transfers of personal information originating from the EEA or UK.

07How long do we keep your information?

We keep your personal information only for as long as necessary for the purposes set out in this notice, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law.
